Mrs. Anju Jain is an educationist and having vast experience in the field of Science and Finance. Her interests lie in the field of Planning and Financial Strategy. She has spent considerable time in Bhopal, Mumbai& overseas involving in various businesses, thus having an enormous understanding of the dynamic Business Environment.
Her ideas for creating and implementing the policies are impeccable. She promotes the Eco-friendly environment in the organization. Her passion lies in promoting leadership quality among female talent. She encourages a more interactive,cooperative working style which often results in strengthening the sense-of-team in employees or as we say at Great Place to Work, thus inspiring a higher degree of commitment to strive to achieve the business's goals.
With her initiatives, the company has recently started off the Gold Loan offerings. This new Loan product of Recapita has already shown a good response from the market/ prospective borrowers.
Mrs. Preeti Jain - Head Human Resource & Administration
Mrs. Preeti Jain, aged 42 years is a Head - Human Resource & Administration in Recapita Finance Private Limited.
She is an entrepreneur having diversified interest in the field of Education, renewable energy, and other commercial activities. She has been spearheading the entire finance and administration of her own education institute of 2000+ students (Set up 20 years ago) in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
She has been also actively involved in venturing into renewable energy (Solar) & Hospitality sectors in the state of Madhya Pradesh. She has been successfully managing the entire Banking and Finance of these entities on a day-to-day basis.
By qualification, she is an M.Sc, B.Ed, and experience well in the field of finance & commercial negotiations. In the recent past, she has been developing her financial skillset further by supporting and working under the guidance of Mr. Amit Jain for his financial ventures.
